House and Commercial Insurance

Home insurance, whether for buildings, contents, liability to the public or all of the above, ensures peace of mind. The insurance can be for your primary residence, or a holiday home. Health Insurance

If you are contributing to the Spanish Social Security system, or in receipt of a pension from your home country, EU citizens are entitled to use the local health service. For everybody else it is imperative that you have adequate health insurance and desirable for those who live in areas without comprehensive medical facilities or simply wish to have greater choice and timing of necessary treatment.

For those living on the Costa del Sol, we can also arrange cover through Helicopteros Sanitarios, who provide fast, reliable, fully-equipped helicopters or ambulances as a home doctor service as well as or accidents or emergencies, an invaluable, even life-saving service. Individual or family cover may be arranged, at economical prices.

Life Insurance

Nobody likes to think about dying, or becoming disabled, but in order to protect the interests of your dependents and loved ones if you are a property owner in Spain, and in particular if your property is mortgaged, it is strongly advisable to take out some form of life and/or permanent disability cover should the worst happen. Many mortgage lenders will insist on life cover as a condition of the loan, and in any case it ensures continued protection for those left behind. Motor Insurance

Through our insurance agencies, we are also able to offer cover ranging from fully comprehensive to basic third-party  including 24-hour emergency breakdown cover, all at very competitive rates. Policy documention wording can be supplied in English. Annual Green card is included. No Claim bonuses are taken into account.

Marine Insurance

We are also able to arrange marine cover for pleasure craft.

Civil Liability
